My Story
I started my real estate journey like many investors—buying residential properties, navigating mortgage financing, and learning how to scale. Through experience, I gained a deep understanding of how the right mortgage structures can make or break an investment. But as I grew my portfolio and worked closely with lenders, I saw something that most investors were missing: small commercial real estate offers massive untapped potential.
The Shift: From Residential to Small Commercial Investing: As a real estate investor, Ribhu quickly learned that financing is the foundation of any successful investment strategy.
