My Story

I started my real estate journey like many investors—buying residential properties, navigating mortgage financing, and learning how to scale. Through experience, I gained a deep understanding of how the right mortgage structures can make or break an investment. But as I grew my portfolio and worked closely with lenders, I saw something that most investors were missing: small commercial real estate offers massive untapped potential.

​​The Shift: From Residential to Small Commercial Investing: As a real estate investor, Ribhu quickly learned that financing is the foundation of any successful investment strategy. Working through traditional residential mortgages, he gained firsthand experience in structuring deals, maximizing leverage, and optimizing cash flow. He saw the power of the right financing structure—not just for acquiring properties, but for scaling portfolios sustainably. ​ ​ Yet, as he worked closely with lenders, underwriters, and fellow investors, he saw a gap: small commercial properties were being overlooked. While large-scale commercial real estate was well-established, many investors were unaware of the lucrative financing options available for smaller commercial properties—assets that often yield stronger returns, lower competition, and flexible financing structures.
